The first match for the year, between Bev and Betty Linabury, will be played this Friday. This is a good way to introduce new players to match play and it would be great to see challengers from all handicap groups.
For new members – this is played in your own time, by arrangement between the two players. Each match should be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting, and the winner MUST wear the brooch in the clubhouse. Should you fail to wear the brooch, you will be encouraged to donate to the charity tin on the bar.

These start next Tuesday. If you’d like to enter and haven’t already put your name down and paid, please pay your $6 to the Pro Shop on Tuesday

The new fixture book is nearly ready to go to print, so if you need to change your phone number, please see the club office within the next week.

The raffle yesterday was for WGNR, to support junior golf in the Northern Rivers. Tickets are $1, Sandy will be selling them again next week, and the raffle will be drawn at the Vets Day at Kyogle.

9th – the mound on right side, about where your drive might go. This area has been marked GUR.
18th – on left side at bottom of the hill. There are some staked trees, but there are no other special conditions. If your ball is on the bare ground, just play it as it lies.
