Thank you!
A big thank you to Col and his helper for making sandwiches for us last Tuesday, when the HWH was unexpectedly closed. It was very much appreciated.

Members Responsibilities and Club Staff
Sadly, it was necessary for Helen to again address the members on Tuesday, about engaging with club staff. For the benefit of those not present, Helen has provided this summary of her presentation.
ALL staff are Club Staff wherever they may work, be it bar, pro shop, office or on the course. It is not our right as members of the club to supervise, direct or chastise any member of club staff, this is the sole responsibility of the General Manager.
Therefore if you have an issue or problem concerning a staff member please take it straight to Andrew Spice, the General Manager.  It is most important to do this immediately or as close to the incident as possible. If you would like a committee member to accompany you please approach us, that is what we are here for  – Your Advocates.
